Allyson Harman is the owner and creative director for Creative License.  She has a background in fine art and design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree form the University of Miami and a Master of Fine Arts Degree from New York University.  She has been working in all facets of the event industry for over 10 years in Florida and New York. With an eye for detail she is a trendsetter and creates elegant, opulent, and visionary productions. Allyson lives in Boca Raton with her husband Bryan and her dog Lucy.

Jackie Saltzman, creative consultant, graduated from Smith College with a B.A. in economics with a theater minor. She is a former marketing director and project manager in New York City. She has a background in home and party decor, specializing in charity and special events. Jackie lives in Boca Raton with her husband, Mark and three sons.
